Adam Sanchez, Public Works Director – Provided updates on Paradise Canyon Dr. and Starlite Rd. repairs, and upcoming road projects throughout the Village, including around West White Mountain Dr.
Fire Chief Cade Hall – Responded to a listener’s question about murals planned for fire stations and substations. Also shared an update on the recent fire in Capitan.
Eric Queller, Emergency Manager – Discussed the week’s weather forecast and informed the public about current sandbag distribution locations.
Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager – Shared updates on the river desilting project, noting the current lack of funding, and spoke about progress on the updated floodplain and floodway map.
Stephanie Long, Wingfield Heritage House Curator – Highlighted a recent book donation to the Museum and Library, and celebrated Ruidoso Rewind’s national 2025 Award of Excellence from the American Association of State & Local History.
David “TBone” Tetreault, Assistant Parks & Recreation Director – Reported on recent community events including the seasonal opening of the Midtown Market, Under a Mountain Sky concert series, and softball tournaments. He also provided a timeline for completing the White Mountain Sports Complex seeding project.
